me and my boyfriend have been coming to acorn for dates since we moved to eugene for college, and our experience has been consistently amazing! i’m not vegan nor do i go out of my way to eat at many vegan places, but acorn’s food is incredible. i’ve never been disappointed in or even neutral about a dish. the prices are super affordable, and i would honestly be willing to pay more for the quality! the service is also very good. wait staff are friendly and helpful but never overbearing. thank you, acorn, for being our spot :)

I love this restaurant. I come about once a month to try their rotating menu of all vegan foods. Whenever someone visits from out of town, I take them here, and they're always impressed and happy. The food is fresh and flavorful and the people who work there are patient and helpful and I can't leave in a bad mood. They've got a different policy where they don't accept tips (they pay their staff full wages), but they do take "pay it forward" amounts that they pool up and use to provide free food to the unhoused. My favorite dish is usually the vegetable hash, which changes each season. My wife loves the corn fettuccine and the waffles. We both usually get the orange juice too, which has other fruit juices mixed in (often mango). The only detractor is that it's quite popular and can get very busy, and in those situations, the food can take quite a while to come out (most dishes are made fresh). We just make sure we're not super hungry when we go, and if we are, we'll eat elsewhere if it's busy.

It was a little bit confusing, trying to make a reservation, we played phone tag back-and-forth, but we were able to go in early on a Saturday morning and get a seat for seven saved in queue. The coffee was delicious. I had the pumpkin breve. The food was delicious. I had the biscuits and mushrooms gravy with forged mushrooms on top. The serving side was generous. I couldn’t finish my plate. My daughter loved the Apple pancakes. Don’t be fooled by the picture. She didn’t wanna smile 🤣 Was a great place for a family brunch, my family was traveling , driving through town from up north , so we met for annual brunch at 11:45 💕🩷 The patio is cute and aesthetic for photos The price was very fair for seven people to eat . Definitely recommend checking it out! Amazing options for vegans and vegetarians Servers were chipper and kind, one server (cute curly haired) even volunteered to take a photo for us ✨💜✨ Thank you everyone 💜🤍 happy holidays

Acorn Community Cafe is divine. This has become a must-stop on trip through Eugene. We’ve had the biscuits and gravy, BBQ soy curl sandwich, gnocchi, banana’s foster, cocktails, and espresso. I’d highly recommend all of it. It’s a pretty small place so I imagine it can get full quickly, but we’ve had good luck so far. Incredibly cozy and makes me feel like I’m at a friend’s house. Prices are also surprisingly reasonable!

Lovely lunch! I love this patio. The food is delicious and nourishing. The vibe is casual but also quite romantic. The Spring Potato Hash was perfectly cooked with tasty charred onions and greens topped with a tasty dill sauce. The herbs in the sauce and soup were really just complimentary flavors, just the right amount. Also enjoyed Carrot Soup and a very delicious flaky biscuit. Acorn is an ideal place to meetup with friends. Looks like a they have great cocktails and wine too!
