BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

We had Emily as our waitress, up in the bar area. She was the best waitress I have had in a long time. As people started coming in, groups seemed to come in three tables at a time. She had been so good with us, I timed her as the 2nd round came into her area. None of the customers had to wait more than 10 minutes to have drinks on their table. When we ordered, she asked if we had any diet or allergy restrictions. I also noticed that she made a real connection with every single table. She is also probably one of the fastest and most organized waitresses I have ever experienced. If BJ's were smart, they would have her training more staff across all the restaurants. I even told her she should start her own business and train staff for chains. Emily's level of customer service is what all restaurants should want to live up to. She builds word of mouth marketing. Kate was an exceptional server and only been at BJs for 3 days! She was awesome!! Food was so good and came out so fast . They were super busy for fathers day but we couldnt tell by food speed and quality.

Dina was an absolute Rockstar! My partner and I were very happy we landed here. Everything from start to finish was incredible. Dina also made us the best root beers and cream sodas!!

This is becoming one of our favorite go-to places yet I've not done a review of the Wesley Chapel location before. We always have great service and the food is delicious. They have a fantastic value called the Pizookie Meal where you can get an app or salad, one of a select group of main courses and a scrumptious Pizookie cookie and ice cream dessert for just $13. We ended up buying a separate appetizer to share (the pretzel with beer cheese which is FANTASTIC) and between that and the salad, we ended up taking home about half of our personal pizzas we ordered for the Pizookie special. (Had to leave room for the dessert, right?!) All in all, it's a great place. Probably my only criticism is the acoustic situation there. When there are some noisy groups around (and we were seated by the bar with a fairly rowdy work bunch), it can get loud and difficult to hear the person across the table. I'm not sure there's much they can do about it but it's the only downside we've experienced there this time and before. But it doesn't take away from the overall rating. It's just something to be aware of if you're going to be meeting up with a friend to engage in deep conversation - this may not be the right place for that particular date. But the food and service always deliver.

I recently tried BJ’s Brewhouse’s Enlightened Mediterranean Chicken Pita Tacos along with their Half Rack of Ribs Special, and it was an absolute win from start to finish. The pita tacos were fresh, vibrant, and full of flavor. The grilled chicken was perfectly seasoned with a warm, savory rub, and paired beautifully with crisp cucumbers, juicy Roma tomatoes, tangy feta, and a light Greek yogurt crema. Every bite felt refreshing yet satisfying — a great option if you want something lighter without sacrificing taste. Then came the half rack of ribs, and wow — fall-off-the-bone tender with a smoky, slightly sweet glaze that hit all the right notes. The portion was generous for a “half” rack, and the meat was juicy all the way through. Paired with their classic sides, it was pure comfort food bliss. There was a classic Pizookie dessert included with this meal deal. Service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was relaxed but lively — perfect for a casual lunch out. Between the fresh, flavorful tacos and the hearty, mouthwatering ribs, BJ’s nailed the balance of light and indulgent in one meal. Highly recommend if you want a mix of Mediterranean freshness and classic BBQ goodness in one sitting!
