Chicken Guy!

Had a chicken tender with fries meal, there today and it was amazing!! The chicken was perfectly crunchy and juicy… and it was real chicken!! Loved it, and the fries were seasoned to perfection!! Came here because I had Chicken Man when on an MSC cruise, and that was beyond tasty, so I knew I had to come here and it didn’t disappoint. Loved the inside of it, liked the layout and parking.. workers were friendly and cleaning up tables!!! I am so coming back again!!

Absolutely phenomenal experience! From the moment we walked in, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was incredibly fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. Every bite was packed with flavor, and it’s easy to see why Chicken Guy! has such a great reputation. What truly made our visit exceptional, though, was the outstanding service from the General Manager, Trevor. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, checked in to make sure everything was perfect, and genuinely cared about giving us an amazing dining experience. That level of hospitality is rare and made a great meal even more memorable. Also, the dumplings are out of this world. It’s refreshing to see a manager who leads by example and clearly takes pride in both the restaurant and the guest experience. Trevor and his team have created an atmosphere that’s friendly, welcoming, and efficient. If you’re looking for incredible chicken, amazing sauces, and customer service that sets the standard, this is the place to go. We’ll absolutely be back, and a huge thank you to Trevor for making our visit one we’ll be talking about for a long time. Highly, highly recommend!

I’ve been a fan of Chicken Guy! ever since I first tried it at Disney Springs in Orlando. Since then, I’ve also visited the Las Vegas location and loved it there too. But I have to say, this Lutz location is by far the best one we’ve visited, and that’s all thanks to Corey. Seriously, that’s how you run a fast-food restaurant. I’ve never experienced service this good at a fast-food establishment before. Corey went above and beyond, not just for us, but for everyone in the restaurant. He was constantly checking on guests, making sure everyone was satisfied, and creating such a welcoming atmosphere. Him and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely seemed to care about the customer experience. The amazing service aside, we absolutely love the food here. The chicken tenders are fantastic, and you can tell the breading is made fresh and with quality ingredients. The mac and cheese was unbelievable too. It wasn’t the hottest when it arrived, but honestly, the flavour was so good that I didn’t even care. The sauces are always a huge highlight at Chicken Guy! as well. They have some of the best dipping sauces in the fast-food world, and it’s always fun trying different combinations. Those Egg Rolls were fantastic too! Very unique. As an added bonus, Corey was kind enough to give my dad and me samples of a couple milkshakes, and they were fantastic too. We genuinely can’t say enough good things about Corey and this location. Between the incredible customer service, delicious food, and welcoming atmosphere, this was easily the best fast-food experience we’ve ever had, and I’m not just saying that. We were visiting from Pennsylvania and this restaurant was right up the street from where we stayed. My son and husband really wanted to give it a shot and we were glad that we did. The different varieties of chicken sandwiches and toppings are extremely good! They also have unique side offerings like dumplings and egg rolls with chicken in them. The staff was extremely friendly and came around to check on us and our food, which is rare these days! We highly recommend heading to this restaurant for your next chicken adventure.

Stopped by here for the first time and overall the food was pretty solid. It really is different than chick fil a and raising Cane's, so I like that they have differentiated themselves. The customer service was top notch - the manager walked us through the entire menu and the other employees genuinely seemed happy to be there. Best part might have been the milkshake - really delicious! Would recommend giving them a try
