Decant

My wife and I (and toddler) had much of the menu -- duck confit, veal, pork belly, carpaccio, their home-made sourdough, and more. Let me tell you, the food is good in a way that could never be described, only tasted. And the drinks are strong. The prices are fair. The atmosphere is fancy yet welcoming. The staff are amazing, and proud of their work. By far, this is the best restaurant in Oregon. You won't regret it.

Im not huge on reviews. I seldom leave them, whether good or bad. But I’ll be damned forever if I didn’t do this place the courtesy of a review. Much like how I never leave a review, I’m not a sweet tooth and almost never order desert. Every time we eat here, we polish our plates of an appetizer, entree, a drink or two, and desert. I’ve never had something that wasn’t one of the best dishes I’ve had. Service is always great, top notch even. Highly recommend, especially if there’s a special occasion that deserves a great meal.

There was a very large group right in the middle of the restaurant. They were sooooo loud we couldn’t even hear ourselves talk. I had to literally lean into my husband and talk directly into his ear. It got tiresome talking like this so we resorted to long stints of awkward silence. There has to be a better area for groups that big. Just constructive criticism because otherwise things were phenomenal. The food was fantastic and all of the staff is great.

Decant never disappoints! We had another incredible experience and Austin was our server again — he is truly amazing. Attentive, warm, and always makes the evening feel special. The steaks were cooked to absolute perfection, the desserts were phenomenal, and the mocktails were so yummy and creative. You can really tell how much care goes into every detail here. Decant continues to be one of our favorite spots in Medford. Highly recommend!

This was my first time at this restaurant and I went for a friend's birthday. The staff was really fun and had amazing service. Food and drinks were so delicious. Atmosphere was great! It's a cute little place and it was fun talking to other guests. Austin was an awesome waiter and we enjoyed the drinks from the bartender. Honestly, I wasn't sure about going at first seeing the prices, but once I was there, the experience and food were worth it! Highly recommend it. I definitely plan to go back.
