I came in to eat a few days ago and I had to write a review!! Our food came out fast, everything was fresh and our server Ayla was absolutely amazing!!!! She was so on top of everything, kind, and personable. I honestly thought good service was lost on Nashville but Ayla gave me hope that Nashville still has great servers!! Will be coming to see her again!!!!!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

TLDR - disappointed with staff response to several issues including drinks spilled on us and moldy food. I ate at this m.l. rose location on Saturday 5/16/26 about 3:30 pm. It wasn’t very busy. Several things occurred during my visit that demonstrated a general attitude of carelessness from the staff at all levels. 1. Server spills beer on a member of our party. 2. My wife’s burger unexpectedly has half a chicken tender buried inside. 3. The bun on my burger was moldy. I accept that we could have just happened to be the unlucky table on an off day at a restaurant. But I am highly unsatisfied with the response from the staff. After delivering our food, we could not locate our server for 10+ minutes and had to leave our table to find a different staff member to inform them of the issues with our food. Everyone else had already finished their food before the moldy bun was addressed. Someone who appeared to be a manager came and explained they must have used an old bun by mistake because they received a new shipment of buns that day. He took the original plate away and after walking halfway to the kitchen turned around and asked “you want the same thing again?” Which I responded yes as no other option was presented. At that point I assumed my burger would be comped (spoiler it was not) and we waited 15 more minutes for my second burger. When the server delivered the second burger he asked if I wanted to order (and pay for) a drink to help me forget about everything that had happened. I declined. The new food was fine. I wish I had declined the replacement burger and just asked for it to be removed from the bill. Speaking of the bill, it seemed to be the only thing receiving adequate attention as it did include every item at full price. Maybe it was foolish of me to expect anything else. I’m not one to complain or write a bad review. I was about to remove the moldy top bun from my burger and eat the rest without a word before the other members of my party stopped me. But once I encountered this level of apathy from the service to the kitchen and all the way to management, I felt like I had share my experience so others can make an informed decision before they drop $60 on what might be the worst lunch of their lives. On a positive note the other members of my party did enjoy the beers and commented on a good selection to choose from.

Great food, nice open air atmosphere. The Cajun Turkey on a Potato Bun was great and as always, the crispy brussels made a great alternative side. Honestly, the Tennessee Cheesecake here was better than any other location yet.

Visited over the weekend and had a very mixed experience. Atmosphere was beautiful - I love the lighting and decor, along with the swings and fire outside. Service was just bad. We were there for about 1.5 hours due to how unresponsive our waiter was. Mind you, we were one of the only guests in the restaurant. You could tell he did not want to be there. Food was okay. I enjoyed the Brussels they had a good maple flavor and my friend said the ranch was good. The burger was nothing special but edible.

We thoroughly enjoyed all that we are here. We started with the fried pickles and peppers. It would've been nice if there were more peppers because it was 90% pickles, but it was still good. For entrees we got the good neighbor combo and the fried chicken B.L. tacos. The burger was basic, as they make clear with the description of that option, but it was done well - simple but good. The tacos were impeccable - generous amount of bacon, good sauce, and flavorful chicken. The waffle fries were great. Service was good too.
