(from Google)Went here last night with a friend and had an awesome time. We recently turned 21 so we have little to no experience ordering at a bar. I got a frozen margarita that was delicious and had a really good consistency. My friend doesn't know anything about drinks so the bartender asked what she liked and made her a personal lemon cocktail. It was delicious and we got two! Didn't catch the bartenders name but she was very nice. We will certainly be coming back.
May 2024 update: came by again with friends during "happy hour", it's not, certainly not what they have on their website. Nor is the food menu, more like overcooked food truck fare. Nice little neighborhood bar. Although I didn't eat here, The pizza looks great!
My Husband and I popped in here one Sunday afternoon after a day of running errands, he needed a beer and I needed a snack! We had always seen Claude Hoppers in passing and were in the area so decided we'd give it a try. The inside is very much a sports bar (great place to catch a football game on a Sunday), while the outside gives more of a beer garden feel - lots of seating and great outdoor space. The bartender who waited on us was really kind and welcomed us in as it being out first time. My Husband ordered a Pinthouse Electric Jellyfish and I ordered the pretzel, which came with a beer cheese on the side. The pretzel was a decent size for both of us to share and was soo good! I really like how much variety they have on their menu - there is something for everyone. As for my Husband's beer, it was great and to make it even better, a 16oz for $5! Holy smokes! Great food, great prices and a cool atmosphere I'd say it's definitely worth a try!
Fantastic beer selection at what feels like the coolest neighborhood bar. Claude Hoppers is like the neighborhood bar than has a larger following. The bartenders are friendly, the regulars are cool, and the beer is all in good taste. The food is okay, but if you do order, try the Himalayan dumpling. Coming by here to drink is alwaoa good choice.
The rows of craft beer that are behind the bar will catch your eye-if the giant wooden wheel in the beautiful patio didn’t catch your attention first! The bartender was friendly and did great service, and the place was impeccably clean. Great sound system and music selection too! Nice decor and nice place to get a drink after a long day of work.
