Hidden Gem

I love this place! Disco balls and all around great vibes when you walk inside. The staff and people are all so friendly and welcoming. I recently went for a drag brunch with a group of friends and we had the best time! I love checking out the new pop up themed bar that's rotated out in the back area. Taylor Swift bar?! Yes please.

I was excited to come here with my friend who had never been here before. We were there to celebrate a Galentines day out. I have been coming to Hidden Gem since it opened and I knew she would dig the vibe. As soon as we walked in, she was super excited. Loved the atmosphere. But when we sat down to order drinks at the bar, we were waiting for over 15 min and actually had to call the bartender over and she looked annoyed that we were asking her to take our order. Like she was avoiding us? Mind you, this was 5:30 in the evening. It was not busy yet. There were only 4-6 other people sitting at the bar. We sat, chatted, finished our drinks and wanted another round. The bartender did not come back. She stayed at the other end of the bar, chatting with people she clearly knew. We finally got her attention after sitting with empty drinks for over 20 min. She rolled her eyes, and was extremely curt with her “YUP” after we asked for another round. I was embarassed. I wanted my friend to have a fun experience and this server was a total brat for NO REASON. It didn’t ruin our experience but it def sucks having crappy, unwelcoming service. We were both in the service industry. We get it. We are polite and tip well. We love supporting small business but having unfriendly staff will make me reconsider coming here next time.

hosted a private event here that was absolutely incredible. staff was so friendly and easy to work with, communication was great, and they really helped bring the vision of the event vibes come to life! i look forward to going back as a regular patron along with hosting a big event there again!

Went to the new holiday bar in their backroom this week and it was so fun!! It literally felt like I was inside an ornament with all the lights and decor. Highly recommend the dessert drink flight, soooo yummy! Also tried the fancy hot dog and I think I've been eating hot dogs wrong my entire life, it was so good! Also my server Jessie was the sweetest and so attentive! I'll definitely be back :)
