(from Google)Great breakfast. I had the eggs Benedict and upgraded my side to fresh fruit. Hubby had the 'eggs in a pan' that included sausage, cheese, and potatoes and came with toast. Both meals were yummy. He had so many potatoes that he brought over half home and ate the next day. Quick, efficient staff with food arriving quickly. Their patio is dog friendly, and they have doggie meals you can order for your fur baby.
Great food, cute place! Eggs Benedict was great, also tried biscuits & gravy, “eggs in a pan”, and the bacon waffle. Loved that the bacon waffle came with bacon IN the waffle as well as bacon on top. Service was good, the owner even came out and was asking all of the tables how their food was.
Our first visit, but not our last! Loved everything about the place. I got the eggs Benedict and paid an upcharge for fresh fruit side. The eggs were cooked perfectly. Ham had great flavor. Fruit included a slice each of honeydew, cantaloupe, and pineapple, a strawberry, and a large bunch of red seedless grapes. Definitely worth it. Hubby had the Georgia Belgian waffle, which had pecans cooked in it and tasty, warm peaches with warm syrup. He said it was delicious. Service was great, food arrived quickly. This may become a weekly spot for us. Excellent all around!
Fiona (our server) was amazing. Fast, efficient, super friendly. The Food AMAZING. I got the Roast beef omelette, my husband the Meat lovers. They were both huge. The Froggy grits were so good. The restaurant is clean and spaced well. Decorated very cute.
We started with iced teas, which were refreshing and spot-on. We went for the roast beef omelette (shaved roast beef with their signature additions like onions, mushrooms, and cheese)—it was hearty, flavorful, and tasted really fresh. My companion ordered the eggs in a pan and subbed in the corned beef hash. Everything came out hot and well-prepared; the ingredients felt high-quality and fresh overall. Standout was the gingerbread pancake (exceptional—spiced just right and not overly sweet). It striked a great balance on sweetness, especially when paired with maple syrup; no cloying overload here, which is ovwrliokedat many breakfast places. One small disappointment: the eggs in a pan could’ve used more veggies as advertised—it leaned heavier on meat and potatoes than expected, with just a few token vegetables. Portions are generous across the board, though, so no one left hungry. Service was friendly but stretched thin—our server was juggling a lot of tables and rushing between the kitchen, so check-ins and conversation was rushed and limited. Understandable, but it meant we had to flag someone down for refills a couple times, and remind them of what was ordered when other items weren’t brought to the table. Overall, I’d rate it 4 out of 5 stars. Great for a fun, satisfying breakfast in a unique setting—perfect before a Rays game since it’s right across from Tropicana Field. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!
