Strandhill Public (Tampa Heights)

Taylor provided outstanding service from start to finish.She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without us ever having to ask.She checked on us at just the right times, had a great attitude, and made our dining experience even better. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her guests and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. If you have the chance, definitely ask for Taylor—you won’t be disappointed!

I've been to Strandhill many times before and had a consistently great experience. Taylor, Seth, and George all stood out for being attentive, friendly, and professional. The service was prompt, everyone was welcoming, and the staff clearly cared about making sure guests had a good experience. I know every restaurant has busy days, but based on my visits, this team works hard and deserves recognition. I'll definitely be back.

Use to be my favorite pub…. Not sure if it’s under new management but the food and service was poor. I’d give no stars if I could. Food came out after 30 min and it was cold. Was told pancakes came out with a side asked for bacon, food came out without bacon wasn’t even told sort the pancakes do not come with a side just ignored the whole fact. Ordered Irish breakfast no bangers…. Asked about that waiters didn’t know what that was then said the cook was working on it then they never came back out with them….. plenty of staff and it was empty so no excuse there. Watched the cider I ordered sit at the counter for about 10 minutes. Cold food and warm drinks poor service and staff more interested in there phones. Asked for a manager but was told no manager.

Came by for a quick late night drink and a bite to eat but the kitchen was closed. Wanted to get my favorite cognac but even though their machine said they had it. They didn't, even after altering the drink order. Atleast 20 minutes went by and drinks never arrived, I left and stood outside and from my view no one even came to table. Not once, my water was left on the table and all. I didn't even bother to go back in

Came here for happy hour with my wife and thank god we did the Buffalo wings was amazing thank you to the Chef but the Ice Irish coffee that Taylor made was SO AMAZING!!!!! (I’m getting lucky tonight, thank you for the assist Taylor!) Can’t wait to comeback for round 2!!! Post a picture of said drink and Taylor made a great spicy margarita with Ocho tequila
