Park maintenance never cleans trash in here.local teens sneak in nightly and smash stuff up. its Great for a 20 minute walk with your dog but,the sidewalks are busted and cracked now as well. nothing is being maintained sadly.

Nice park with a walking track and playground. I've had good experiences with all the dog families #dubstheminpin

The park itself is actually pretty nice. Covered benches and water for the pups pups. The problem is the people who live nearby. Multiple times we have seen people who live in the trailer community next door walk over with their problematic dogs who bark, lunge and generally behave aggressively towards people and other dogs. Today, there was an extremely unpleasant woman with her family, aggressive mixed breed dog and sweet pitbull. I personally witnessed her elbow a child in the hear and verbally berate her for just being a kid. Their large mixed breed dog also repeatedly charged the fence and tried to attack our dog through the fence. It's truly a shame, as the park itself is very nice. But the local residents can make it unpleasant to visit

We stopped by on a calm Saturday morning with my two daughters and it felt like we had the entire park to ourselves. Both the small and large dog areas were completely empty, which made it really peaceful and easy to take everything in. A few people were walking their dogs along the trails that loop around the park, but inside the fenced areas it was quiet and relaxed. One thing I really appreciated was that there’s free water available for both humans and fur buddies, which is a thoughtful touch especially in Florida heat. The park itself was impressively clean and well maintained. I didn’t see any dog poop at all, and there were plenty of waste bags available throughout the area. There’s also a sign noting that cleanup happens every Wednesday, which honestly explains why everything looked so tidy and cared for. Between the clean grounds, open space, and peaceful atmosphere, it felt like one of those parks that’s quietly doing things right without a lot of fuss. Definitely a spot I’d be happy to come back to.

Surprisingly very nice dog park very big area for both small and large dogs there is there plenty of seating areas under a canopy for dog owners to be watching their dogs and quite a big area of lawn for the dogs to run around so yeah it's a really good finding Gibsonton too bad there were not that many dogs here at the time that I was here but otherwise very good find.
