(from Google)Love the walking with my dog here and the lights add to it all. Free too so another bonus!
Christmas lights are always a fun time
A beautiful vast park in Meriden near the Cheshire border. The roads to Castle Craig are closed in the winter months making for a nice paved path hike up to the castle without any traffic. This park is featuring its annual Daffodil festival in the coming weeks, so they are starting to pop now! There is lots of water fowl around the ponds & brooks. They have a pretty big play scape, tennis ball courts & pool.
Great hike with the family on a warm December day Hit three peaks in a 8.63 mile hike with 1,700 feet of elevation gain. Views were great at one spot, otherwise very foggy and overcast.
Love the view here. It's a great place to ride bikes, take a walk, have a picnic, or just sit in your car and relax. We went to the top for the first time today; it's really beautiful.
