Scrub A Dub

Two days in a row, I was trying to drop off a flyer for my lost dog. The second day I ran into a man I saw leaving the day before. I asked if they worked here, he told me no, and then went inside and lock the door. Not a good way to carry your business.

Today was our first time using Scrub A Dub. Amber did a great job full groom on my fur baby.

I recently inherited a dog through a death in the family. I live in Indianapolis but she has been coming here to Scrub a Dub for years to be groomed and already had an appointment scheduled so I drove to Anderson for her 10 AM appointment. Their hours are 7-3, our appointment was at 10; the doors were locked and no one answered the phone. I called multiple times and left 3 voicemails. I'm writing this two days later and still haven't received a call back. 0/10 Would Not Recommend. They just lost a client and I'll gladly find somewhere closer to where I live.

Absolutely love them!! Nova (our 9month standard poodle) enjoys her spa days and is always so cute! Staff is extremely nice and always find a way to fit my schedule!

My first experience was very positive. My Westie looked so cute and smelled so good. There is plenty of parking and a nice area to walk your dog before and after a grooming session. I was referred to this group by a friend who regularly has her three large dogs groomed here. I did have to call back a couple times to reach a person by phone to schedule an appointment, but was able to get an appointment same day that we talked. I will return.
