Creative Clips Grooming Salon

So so so nice! I came as a walk-in to get my dog’s nails done and they were so helpful. My dog is 15 and very nervous of nail trims and they were so gentle and patient with him. I will continue to use this groomer for my little guy!

Our twin standard poodles have seen Ms Tammi since they were babies. They are a handful... like toddlers on redbull. They come home looking gorgeous and love her. Ms Tammi obviously has the patience of a saint. We are thrilled to have found a safe loving atmosphere for our babies to be groomed. 10 out of 10.

Suzanne & Cheryl and the rest of the staff are talented, friendly, and helpful. They keep detailed notes on my dog (Tulip!), and always ask if I would like any changes to the cut/service. They treat the animals with care, and beautify them like no other place! In addition, if you'd like to do something fancy with your pooch (a dyed tail? no problem! a show cut? they got you!), Creative Clips can fully accommodate you. My only issue is that they are SO GOOD it can be difficult to get an appointment. Plan accordingly, and be happy that such a wonderful grooming salon is in Benicia's downtown.

These folks are the most Amazing people in the grooming industry! They treat my little Ruby as she was one of their own! I was there once when a parent called to inform them that their puppy had passed. The whole staff cried. Choked me up for sure. If your fur baby is truly part of your family, this is the place to bring them for spa day for sure!

The prices are reasonable and the staff is extremely friendly (to both humans and pets) 😀 They clearly love animals and seem happy to be providing the services. Most of what they do is done in the open so you can watch your pet being taken care of. I highly recommend them.
