The Hairy Hound - Pet Grooming, Clearwater FL

I’ve been coming to The Hairy Hound since 2016 and no matter where I’ve moved they have always been the only groomer I would ever use and recommend! Robin is truly amazing at what she does and is always making my girls look so adorable!

The grooming quality at The Hairy Hound has been consistently solid since I started coming here in 2020 with my Husky, Maxim. He usually goes in for a bath and nail trim, and each visit leaves his coat clean, well-brushed, and under control. They handle heavy shedding well without overdoing it, and they always finish him off with a bandana, which is a nice touch. Customer service has been reliable and efficient over the years. Drop-off and pick-up are straightforward, and they stay close to the estimated timing. The staff handles Maxim appropriately, which is important for a larger, high-energy breed. The shop itself is clean and organized. The location is easy to access, and parking has not been an issue during my visits. It is a convenient setup for routine grooming without unnecessary hassle.

Great experience! My pup was nervous but they cared for him so well and did the exact cut I wanted. Got my little guy a mohawk!

We love this place! They are truly the best—very caring, efficient, and respectful of your time (they don’t keep our dogs all day). They always do such a great job, especially with our senior dog. Brianna is amazing, and we’re so grateful to have found a place we trust so close to us!

Have been bringing my boys here since 2020. I can't speak enough about the staff. Everyone is so nice, professional and inviting. Even with a change in ownership all has remained the same and that means alot on our fur babies.I recommend the Hairy Hound 10/10 to all animal owners. Thank you Michelle & Team for always taking good care of our "Good Fellas" aka Gotti & Kapone
