PetSmart Grooming

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. Our original appointment was canceled because the groomer called off, which I understand can happen. However, the lack of flexibility afterward was very frustrating. We had a rescheduled appointment, I called to let them know we were running about 10 minutes late. I was told they would not be able to take us because of their 5-minute cutoff policy. It feels very one-sided that customers are expected to be flexible when they cancel an appointment, however unable to make a minor exception when a customer is running late. The policy feels rigid. Overall my experience left a negative impression. After being a customer for over 5 years I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

The ladies that cut and trim do a great job. Remember to tip them well for an exceptional job on your pet.
