Le Pitou Boutique; Spa, Hotel and Daycare

I have to say we had a wonderful experience, taking our cat there to be groomed. We have a Norwegian forest cat, who had a lot of hair and the staff there were extremely friendly professional, and kind to our baby girl. They took care of her heavy undercoat, as well as trimmed her hair, cut her nails, cleaned her ears and even brushed her teeth. She came out looking a million bucks and they were extremely communicative and stuff by the pick up window they originally gave us. Upon picking our cat up, her temperament was the same and not stressed out at all, which I was extremely grateful for. I will absolutely be coming back to do grooming with them again.

Sophie looked SO adorable after her full service grooming! It was her first time so I was a bit nervous but she came out so happy and wouldn’t stop looking at herself in the mirror!!!! Highly recommend visiting Le Pitou - the staff were extremely friendly and warm and took the time to walk me through each service. I even checked out their hotel/daycare and it felt so homey. 10/10, thank you!

I had such a wonderful experience with Alexandra, the pet groomer! She did an amazing job grooming my cat—who usually isn’t the easiest to handle—and I could tell right away that she felt more comfortable and clean after the session. What truly stood out to me was that Alexandra called the next day to check on how my cat was doing. That simple gesture meant a lot and showed how much she genuinely cares about the pets she works with, even after they’ve gone home. It’s rare to find someone so thoughtful and dedicated. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a groomer who treats your pets like her own!
