Crystal is amazing. She’s always helpful and kind. Her store has great variety and prices are really good! She’s also very honest and will let you know if something is not a good choice and will lead to something better for your pet even if it costs less. Highly recommend! Our neighborhood is lucky to have Crystal and Wagging Tails!

This place is absolutely amazing!!! They are beyond welcoming, caring, and helpful!!! Mel is a SUPERSTAR!!! Our family dog had a difficult time at another groomer, and I expressed this to Mel, who eased him in wonderfully. Now, he can’t wait to go get groomed by Mel!!! Wagging Tails is hands down the best place in the world!!!

5 stars isn't enough to praise the customer service we receive at Wagging Tails. Staff, customer service and product availability is very extensive. I would highly recommend coming here for most of your pets needs. The grooming service is by far the best you can ever receive. Yasmine and James are the absolute best!

This place is great. The staff is extremely friendly and its one big happy family. My pup recently got groomed by Mel (she is amazing, btw) and she personally reached out to me prior and after my appt to make sure we went over what I was looking for and I was content. A huge plus for me!!! I felt completely safe and was really happy with the service. I also took my pup and a families pup for their photoshoot with Santa and the Grinch this past December and it was such a GREAT experience. Can't wait to continue working with Mel.
