Top Dog Pet Wash Fresno

Today was our first visit to have our English Bulldog bathed, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and extremely helpful from start to finish. Their hospitality truly made us feel comfortable, almost like we were at home. The facilities were clean and well-equipped, and everything went smoothly—from the wash stations to the blow dryers and products provided. The pricing was also very reasonable. At only $18 to wash our medium sized dog, the value was excellent and much better than we anticipated. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be returning regularly. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a convenient, affordable, and friendly place to bathe their dog.

It was my first time doing self serve dog wash and it was a great experience at Top Dog. It was clean and very welcoming. I will definitely be coming back.

UPDATE: Lexi - 8/2010 - 7/2024 It is with great sadness to announce Downeaster Alexa aka Lexi passed away July 3, 2024 after suffering a massive stroke. RIP Lexi. You are gone and will never be forgotten. Super clean, managed well, self pet wash. They also have pet grooming when a place opens in the schedule. Excellent customer service with an incredible supply of shampoos and conditioners along with towels to wash and dry your pet. The water temperature and blow dryers are not as loud as other places I have been to. There are easy steps to get up into the wash tubs. Which is a game changer for me. After having a hip replacement this year has made it difficult to groom my dog at most places that require lifting my pet into the wash tub. My pet weighs in at 37 pounds so being able to walk her up steps and into the tub is a great opportunity for me to groom my pet more often. The price for self pet wash are a quarter of what I have paid at Petco or other facilities. Again, providing the opportunity to groom more often. I also am amazed with the quality pet food, grooming supplies, and treats available here at a truly reasonable cost. And they offer a very high quality pet snack, for free, at the end of the grooming process. Great experience for my pet who absolutely hates to be groomed. However, she is far less stressed at this facility than any other place we have used.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! First time customer today and Shayla and I will definitely be returning! They have leads attached to the baths, so your doggy isn’t trying to run and escape constantly during bath time! They also have shampoo and conditioner available for use (shed control and oatmeal/skin soothing). I recommend bringing your own shampoo, as the shampoo provided is a bit watery and you have to use a lot to get a good lather going. I brought my own flea shampoo, but the shed shampoo being available was a bonus I took advantage of as well! The conditioner provided is decent! They also have a table where you can brush your dog, which came in very handy for me. I also appreciate the fact there isn’t a time limit on your wash. Other places I have seen like this impose a 30 minute time frame for your bath and blow dry, and that’s not near enough time for me to get my husky mix’s coat adequately dry to prevent hotspots. I got here at 3, got to work, and finished with Shayla at 4:30 and never felt rushed by the staff. Customer service is absolutely amazing! And they have bones for sale by register that your dog will love! I appreciate this business ❤️

By far the best self-grooming pet wash in the area. Staff are always so kind and knowledgeable with pet grooming. The place offers a great variety of grooming tools and shampoo, tubs are also always clean. They offer a great selection of natural treats for purchase - my dog loves the herring there!
