I have been going To this location for over eight years now. The ladies that run it now since the owner retired, do great work are patient with my elderly dog my nervous young puppy.

Groomers are kind ! Do a great job and my pup loves them!

The prices are very reasonable the owner treated me and my pet extremely well and great work loved plus he smell great..this is my grooming place from now on.thank you so much

They are awesome, I love that my dog is happy when he gets there, and they take such good care of him. They groom him, and I also leave my dog when I go out of town. I trust them 100% with him. The facility is clean, people are friendly, and I see other customers leave happy.

They did an good job grooming my dogs but the customer service was great when making the appointment but there was some discrepancies when it was time to pay. When addressing my concerns with I guess the owner he did not want to hear my feedback. Problem 1. I was quoted a price and when it was time to check out, price change, my total was suppose to be $82 for both of my dogs and end up being $90 2. When checking out my receipt said $90 was my total, but when I put my credit card in the machine it said $100, I proceeded to ask why, I was told I had to pay credit card fees and taxes, I ask then owner then my total should have reflect these amounts, which it didn’t. So I end up going in thinking I was play $82 for both of my dogs and walk out paying $100. I tried to explain there was a lack of transparency in the communication but the owner did not want to understand the customer - mine concerns. He was very argument and I was just trying to get clarification about all the additional charges, which I think is fair. So I would advise you all to ask what your walk out total when getting services. One thing the owner stated he was the cheapest in the area, but what he fair to realize I was not looking for the cheapest, I want quality work for a reasonable cost. In which is why I went there on the first place. There are a lot of groomers in the area with comparable pricing. But I wanted to give them a chance as a small business. The end I was very disappointed with my interactions with the owner and the lack of him understanding my concerns. I would not rule them out, but just know your any concerns you may have will not be addressed properly.
