A Precious Pet

Always takes great care of my dogs. Highly recommended.

I called literally the night before on Saturday night looking for somebody to petsit my rats while I attended a play. She was accommodating and willing to take them in at last minute notice. We ended up finding someone closer in Ashland but will definitely be calling back if we ever need a petsitter in Medford. :) I was actually disappointed that we didn't get to meet her, but it didn't make sense to drive all that unnecessarily.

Charlene is what you call a real dog person, she really connects with the dogs. So kind and patient with my aussie. She did a great job and I would recommend her to anyone who loves their dogs.

Charlene is a very kind and caring person. She does it all...grooming, pet sitting, rescuing. She turned a grumpy old doxie into a fan after a nice warm bath and gentle drying. She responds quickly to concerns and removed ticks from my dog the day after Christmas w/ no notice...who else would do that?

I called her and she was able to get our little guy in the same day ! Unheard of for groomers lol she a sweet lady kind to me and my furry friend and did such a cute little cut and he actually smelled clean! :) I will only come here from now on.
