(from Google)I feel compelled to share my frustration with the grooming services at this PetSmart location. I have brought my 17-month-old Standard Doodle in for grooming on two separate occasions, and unfortunately, both times we left without receiving any services. I diligently brush my dog daily and ensure any matting is addressed before grooming, as I want to foster a positive attitude toward grooming. However, on both visits, I was informed that his beautiful coat would need to be cut down to a length of 7, which is almost bald. I find this concerning and believe it reflects a lack of attention or perhaps an overwhelming workload among the staff. In contrast, I recently took my dog to a groomer in my hometown of New Orleans, where he was groomed without the need for such extreme cutting. I urge PetSmart to consider enhancing their training for grooming staff. This experience has been quite disappointing, and I hope for improvements in the future for others, because I won’t be returning.
Never again. I made an appt for 10:30, they didn't call until 4p and this is what we got. They said she was 'anxious', we'll of course she was... you left her in a cage for three hours! I just wasted $82.
The groomer had to be brand new, I have taken my husky to be groomed over 10 times with PetSmart, but I get a call 15 minutes after drop off to return to pick him up because they can’t handle him at all.. a complete waste of time and energy- especially when it was booked well in advance and there are no other options to get him booked asap. Terrible terrible job overall. They need to train there staff to treat ALL dog types
I brought my dog in for grooming and unfortunately, the results were disappointing. The cut was uneven and looked unfinished in multiple areas, especially around the body and face. What made it worse is that I paid $80 just for the feet, expecting at least precision and quality in that area—but even those looked rushed and poorly blended. While I appreciate that my dog was treated kindly as he was a bit nervous, the actual grooming did not reflect the price or professionalism I expected. I ended up having to touch up the haircut myself at home, which really defeats the purpose of paying for grooming. I don’t mind paying for quality, but this felt like a rushed job at a premium price. Hoping it was just an off day, but I’ll likely look elsewhere next time. As you can see in the pictures one is the awful unfinished hair cut(again 80$ hair cut) and the other picture my beautiful Max
Second time going there , I only had a service with groomer Mariel . I had a good experience with her last time . So I went there today again with my two dogs . She was busy with her schedule , so I let my sally with go other staff . When I pick up Sally , her toe nail was bleeding and not even trimmed her pads . I pay $30 for washing and trimming , not done and even bleeding . Staff was not mentioning anything , I had to go there again . Also while I was waiting , one of staff blew hair on me . Wow !! What a nice customer service . I will go there again for Mariel , but you might want to choose what you are going with . They are not all good enough . Reviews say all .
