I took my miniature poodle to the groomer they pull the hair on her tear eye. And it cost to injured the tear eye lady told me to take it to the vet. I will reimburse you the money. So I took her it was $140. Now she doesn’t wanna pay me and now she’s telling me that she was like that before I took her to the groomer. I’ve been going to that place for a while. I have three dogs, but now that she injured one of my dogs. She doesn’t wanna pay the vet.

I can't tell you how happy we are with our baby's groom! She looks amazing! She was loved, cared for, perfectly groomed, and finished in a very reasonable time for a very reasonable price! We found our forever groomer for our baby and highly recommend these professionals for anyone looking. We absolutely love her cut!!! Perfect!

New to Brilliant Paws, used groomers for the first time this last Friday. Audra ( I hope I spelt your name correctly) did an amazing job! My “Chloe” looks fantastic!! Very happy, for sure I will recommend ! In fact my bestie bringing her baby on Thursday!

10 stars all the way around, this place is fantastic, they offer quality dog food and treats, as well as grooming services. I brought my dog in for a nail trim, he was in and out within 5 minutes and he went from being petrified to completely happy. My dog is one that hates getting his nails trimmed but Jessie was so patient with him and very caring. Justin is so friendly and knowledgeable about the products in the store. I will continue to bring him here for all future grooming. Keep up the great work!!

Pictures don't even include my car covered in hair. I can tell they washed and trimmed my dog but we specifically came because we needed her undercoat and loose fur removed. Wife as she drove home became covered in hair. I took a brush to her and continued to pull out hand full amounts of undercoat from my baby girl. My car is a complete mess. I ended up having to brush her myself. We brought her there to pamper her. Wife ended up waiting hours (when told roughly 30 min) Only reason two stars is owner refunded the money which he did express wanting to make it right. I just cant drop everything and come up again for however long to let you guys vacuum my car and brush my dog. We have children and schedules. I understand your business was busy today. I hope no one is being rushed at your place. We never rushed or complained about the wait but we expected a good job to be done. . I'm posting these pics so he can see what I was so upset about on the phone. Groomer completely forgot to brush my dog...the one thing we brought her in for.......Shes a short hair pitboxer mix. I could see the hair coming off her as she walked inside. Wife is outside vacuuming my car, ill probably take it in to get detailed now. Not the afternoon i was planning guys.
