We were passing through from out of state and after hours in the car we stopped here to stretch a leg and let our dog get some exercise. It was very spacious with plenty of dog poo bags and waste bins yet there was so much poop all over.

Really big area for the dogs to run which is great, but no shade, drinking fountain not working, and worst of all- full of poop. I saw a woman with her one little and two big dogs in the small dog area sit on the bench while her two big dogs pooped and she wouldn't get up to clean up the mess. This seems to be a common theme. We're from out of town and I didn't feel comfortable saying anything.

Somebody abandoned a dog here I’ve been here two days in a row and that poor thing is still here people give him water and treats but it’s just not right to leave an innocent dog alone like that waiting for their owners to someday come back he is friendly with big dogs. I’m calling animal services and they won’t pick up I’m not from Lubbock but this is pure evil.

Very nice and very large, all grass, dog park. Excellent public parking. Plenty of bags for cleaning up after your dog. If people would just be responsible to clean up after their dogs. Also a safety area for children and offroad play area.

My dog is happy there. There is a side for big dogs over 30 lbs. The otherside is for 30lbs & under. But i haven't seen any body pick up the doo-doo. There is plastic bags for you and trash cans. Just beware of land mines.
