Lower Bell Canyon Reservoir

Beautiful. Easy to access. Low-impact hike to the reservoir. I.e., appropriate for basically all ages.

Fun, fairly easy hike that should take you about twenty-thirty minutes at a leisurely pace from the parking lot to get to the reservoir. The reservoir is serene, and there are walking trails around most of it, although on one side, the trails are blocked by a small cascade. You can continue up to the waterfall, but if you're looking for a quick hike with a nice destination, you can't go wrong with this one.

Some what short hike around 3 miles to the reservoir and back. The first part is difficult, but my 71 yr old gram made it all the way to the reservoir. Beautiful views and swimming if you don't mind freezing snow water. I love this hike. 10/10 recommend

The best! 15 minutes hike to a world class lake in the mountains setting? Amazing! Don't bring your dog. This is a watershed and there are other good options like Ferguson canyon nearby. Great for all skill levels with hikes of a mile or so round trip up to 20 miles of you want to go all the way to thunder mountain or lone peak

Absolutely beautiful spot. Roughly 1 mile hike from the parking lot to the reservoir. Not a lot of work for such a big payoff. I highly recommend this hike. I’m not sure when the last time you brought bread to feed true ducks but that part was so much fun. We brought enough to share with everyone and we all had a blast.
