Absolutely some of the worst customer service I have Had ! Employees do not care about their animals at this location. They also are non-helpful when it comes to basic questions and price matching online . The older lady with the snakebite piercings who I believe as a manager has a bad attitude and will roll her eyes when you ask for help because it’s inconvenient to her she would rather just be on her phone!!! Save your money and go else where

I just wanted to let Petco know that I took my dog to get her hair groomed by Kim, and she did an excellent job of her grooming. Not only was her coat shiny, and healthy which I was looking for. But, her winter coat was a silhouette of what a dauchund should really look like. Thank you for taking really good care of her. We will be seeing Kim again.

The groomer here is terrible and doesn’t even deserve one star . We brought our miniature poodle in for a basic grooming on Jan 10th . She does not know how to groom a miniature poodle.and lacks the skills to do so . My son brought him for a grooming and nail trim and she shaved him completely ears and all . Also she never trimmed his nails as asked but after reading similar reviews I’m now glad she didn’t . $80 and shaved to the skin . Awful . The photo is 10 days after the shave .

I have been a customer for many years. I am part of the rewards program. I would get $52 free credit for a bag of dog food after I buy 8, for many years. I recently went to get my credit only to see that you reduced it to $34. When I complained, I was told they are removing the free bag after 8 buys indefinitely. You guys must be hurting to cancel something that helps us out. Yet, we are told by the government that our economy is better than ever. We are hurting

Customer service is great here! I rushed in one day looking for a collar of shame for my cat and an employee took me quickly to the product I needed. She checked me out; total time in store: 4 minutes! Unfortunately the cone failed (my cat is an escape artist), so I was back the next day returning it. It was very easy. These two experiences were so positive! I also walked around the store and was pleased with the options of cat products and enjoyed the fish department!
