Don't bring your pets here! They were neglectful in providing care for my dog. The staff/manager were rude on top of it! Was charged for an exam when the Dr didn't even do a physical exam. Had to take my dog to another vet to find out he had a severe ear infection in both ears!! Even tried to address the symptoms he was having with his ears but they were just dismissive about it.Horrible, horrible place!

My best experience at a vet clinic in terms of care and staff. They care so much and deliver news with the utmost empathy. They take care of everything your pet needs and more. They go above and beyond. You cannot go wrong taking your fur babies here. The absolute best service and care.

Went in last minute on a holiday with a critical emergency after the normal emergency center I go to was closed for the day. During a painful and emotional time, they assisted me in getting my dog from the car and into the facility. They were kind and courteous the entire time. And while circumstances had me say goodbye, the staff were professional and helpful the entire time. It felt like they cared, and while it would be easy for me to attempt to blame them for not being able to magically fix my predictiment, I feel like they tried their best, and they tried to make a tragic afternoon as smooth as can be. During an emotional and chaotic time, I trust this clinic in doing their best to help me as best they can.

Thank you, Peninsula Veterinary for your kind, wonderful help on my friend's dog journey going home. Ninja Puppy 🐶 was a wonderful family member and very much loved by her mum and missed. She will be forever missed. A day later Ninja Puppy's dad passed away 😢. Both are together now in Heaven. Thank you 😊 so much. Wendy

In October 2020, my mom, brother, and I drove an RV all the way from California to Hampton, so we could visit my very pregnant sister. We wanted to be there for the birth and spend time with the baby. We also wanted to introduce my newly adopted Akita/Husky, Kira, to the family. After a few weeks traveling and living out of an RV, Kira seemed to be getting uncharacteristically tired and lethargic and snappy. One morning, she didn't get up for her walk and she seemed hesitant to leave. I knew something was wrong...a tick maybe...or worst. I called around and it was impossible to get her in anywhere, except here. We rushed her in and they admitted her immediately after a quick on-the-spot exam. I was frightened, but they reassured me that they would take good care of her. As it turns out, she was in labor. We had no idea she was pregnant! She had a very small litter of 4, so she wasn't showing. They provided me with all the details and information I needed, hydrated her properly, and gave me some confidence I could get through it. Even though I only had an hour to prep, the pups were born healthy and the momma did a fantastic job. Thank you to the staff, tech's, and doctor for taking care of my baby, putting me at ease, following proper health safety protocols, and staying connected with us after our visit. The pups are so big now!
