We have tried to visit Tiki Cove THREE separate times, all after the posted opening hours listed on Google, and every single experience has been negative. Each time we were told, very rudely, that they “don’t open until 5 PM” and that we needed to leave. If your hours have changed, updating Google literally takes minutes. Customers should not be made to feel like an inconvenience for showing up during the hours YOU have listed publicly. On our most recent visit, we were told to “wait 5–10 minutes” and that they would serve us, only for the bartender to then snap at us that she was “still opening” and refuse service. The tone and attitude were completely unnecessary. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy is shocking. Hospitality should not feel hostile. To make matters worse, when I came in previously while 7 months pregnant with a water bottle, I was told to take it back to my car. That should have been our sign not to return but we gave them another chance. Big mistake. We will absolutely never come back, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for friendly service or a welcoming atmosphere.
We love the whole ambience of Tiki and the music was a plus. We went on a night there was a little market there, and it was the cherry on the cake! The girls who worked the bar, were so nice and answered all my questions!
We celebrated my husbands 50th birthday, to food the music and the vibe there was on point! I highly recommend having your event here. Super affordable, friendly and fun! Make sure you get the spring rolls and tomatoes with goat cheese 🤤🤤Thank you to the staff for taking such great care of my people ❤️
A cool place. They have live music which is awesome. Saw "Sworn to Rock" last night. They were great. Good atmosphere. They do serve typical bar food which is decent. The food could be better, I wasn't real happy with the Jerk Chicken Skewers, but their pretzels were amazing! A nice place to go and unwind.
