Lots of variety of birds!!! Everyone is in good shape. I have one cockatiel at home and i know how hard it is to keep everything clean and dust free. Cant believe people here actually complain about the smell. Its a lot of work to take care of more than 50 birds in here. Your doing a great job! Keep up the good work

Drove an hour and am so disappointed. All the cages were over crowded, dirty and most food bowls if not all didn’t have the appropriate seed or pellets for the parrots. One macaw was holding his bowl that was completely empty. The cages were WAY too small for the large birds. So sad. I will never return or refer anyone to come and support this ‘parrot mill’ of neglect. Pictures online are old and are not accurate at all. I came to get Harrison’s pellets and the choices were not even a quarter of what they had in the pictures. Such a waste of time. Do better… for the parrots anyway.

Very large selection of birds but the conditions are terrible. Even saw a bird in a Small tote with holes in it. The smell of urine is overwhelming. Birds were shivering with multiple space heaters scattered throughout the store. Honestly I don’t know how this place is even open with the conditions being as bad as they are. Definitely a wasted trip and very disappointing to say the least.

I boarded my birds for 3 weeks as I went on vacation. The owner assured me that my birds would be well taken care of, and they would feed them the food I provided as well as keep their living space clean. When I returned, I found their food dish nearly empty, and their cage to be littered with poop as if they didn't clean it a single time when I was gone. I also saw mice inside when I returned which made me think that they had too many birds to care for and they couldn't see the place tidy. If I was able to leave a 0 star review, I would.

I currently have 4 birds from them and they have great variety of bird. I feel like the negative comments on these reviews mostly come out of people that don’t know how to take care of birds or don’t know how much work they can be. I have my birds for over 10 years now and I still come here cause not only they charge very low prices on boarding services but they also do grooming for FREE!!! The negative reviews talk about the aspect of the building/place like if this is not a pet place… I see some comments stating that “birds don’t have feathers” well… they are BABIES (base on the pictures they posted)!!! All I have to say is that you should come and take a look for yourself, they have knowledge stuff and if you REALLY know about birds you will see that they really care otherwise just ask them so the can inform you; just like I did at some point…
