This place needs to be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY! Why hasn’t anyone in Fairfax Co complained? I walked in and had rodents run across the floor, the birds all look terrible, little to no food in their filthy cages, and the water bowls haven’t been changed in days. It smells like cat urine as soon as you walk in. As a bird lover I wanted to get all of them out and now have contacted Fairfax Consumer Affairs to see what they can do to help these poor birds!

This place is awesome! I took my wife here to pick out a conure. We ended up falling in love with an Umbrella Cockatoo named Buddha. Ed is absolutely fantastic and offered to help out in any way he could. Throughout the process he's been great if I ever have questions. The prices are very fair, esp considering they handle these birds daily and offered follow up nail trimming as well. We will be back!
