(from Google)Easy to recommend this beach. i’ll echo what others have said about the free parking, but it is not endless especially on the weekends. This is definitely a great surfing beach. We had hoped to do some snorkeling, but no luck. Also, this is not really a great walking beach. The slope of the sand made it difficult for us to get very far. Also can’t exactly grab the sunset from this beach, but still a really great beach. Definitely easily accessible and great for surfing. there’s even a restaurant or two to be found overlooking the surf and sand which I could highly recommend if for nothing other than the view.
It's a nice beach. There wasn't all the trash like at many beaches. It was less crowded than Jobos today, which is why I travelled there, plus it's sandy and I wanted to boogie board and the surf is pretty rough right now so it seemed safer. It was pretty rough at Sandy, too, tho I got a few good rides in. There were quite a few surfers out but not that many actually catching waves in the challenging conditions. I also found parking relatively easily. And the walk to the beach is short. Tamboo is there if you want a meal waterfront but it seemed very crowded with a wait so I skipped it.
Beautiful sandy bottom beach. Plenty of on street parking for free. RIP current is super strong don't recommend swimming. No life guards. Drops off into deep water with waves crashing on shore. The views are amazing thou.
This quickly became our favorite beach. It is beautiful and peaceful but never super crowded. We could always fine a place to hang out that had sun and shade. The ocean has great waves. It is a great place to surf, Skimboard or just play in the ocean.
A beautiful beach and it is definitely worth taking the time to get to and visit. It's fun ejust to watch the waves crash against the rocks. But there's still plenty of beach that's more calm
