Petco continues to sell exotic birds- parrots I have brought to their attention sick baby canure who chewed off his/hers entire tail and parts of its wings Birds are shoved in the back of the store without adequate toys to shred and no social interaction Most parrots are extremely social and require Attention and play time, without it, they develop behavioral issues like plucking their own feathers This is not only neglect, but cruel as well Please do not support bird mills

The cats at Petco absolutely deserve a glowing five-star review—they’re adorable, friendly, and full of personality. Each visit feels like a bright spot in the day because they’re so playful and eager for attention. You can tell they’re well cared for, and it makes the whole experience genuinely heartwarming.

This review is from November 23, 2025. The staff I interacted with were great. Now for the reason for the 1star review: All the staff I saw seemed like high school kids and I only saw like three. No supervisors. There was clearly a leak or something happening near the fish tanks. The birds looked overcrowded. And the poor betta fish were in these tiny cups. A few of them looked very close to dying. This is a corporate decision, not a store one. It has to be animal cruelty. I won't go to a store like this again if I can avoid it.

I recently brought my cat in for a wisdom tooth extraction, and I can’t express how grateful I am for the incredible care she received. My cat is very shy and easily scared, but from the moment we arrived, I felt she was in safe and trustworthy hands. Dr. Saady, Dr. Haroun, and Fran were absolutely wonderful. They are such an amazing team—professional, kind, and so gentle with my cat. They took the time to make sure she was comfortable, reassured me every step of the way, and handled the procedure flawlessly. On top of that, Fran went above and beyond by helping me find my cat’s most favorite dry food—Royal Canin Sensitive Stomach (the bag of dry food). Since switching to it, my cat has been doing extremely well and is now healthy and happy. It means so much to find a veterinary team that I can fully trust with my cat’s health and well-being. I’m so glad I found them, and I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate, skilled, and truly amazing veterinary care. Can't thank the team enough!! :)

Those places great. It's got baby city for the dogs who's got a hospital in there for the dogs. You got a vet in there for the dogs you've got every kind of food that you can possibly imagine they got fish in there. They got seawater in there. They got all kinds of stuff. You can bring your dog um really like going there. It's a blast.
