Walked in with rescue cat. No attention provided. Ignored. Must have appt. After being ignored for some time, I inquired if they could attend to me and the receptionist did not even respond. Then ignored me instead of telling me if they could or could not attend me. 2 hours wasted. Other better options available.
These people are amazing. The care and empathy they have towards your pets and you is next level and I don't even mind doing the drive from Naguabo to Gurabo because of the excellent service. Keep doing the great work, you guys are awesome.

We’ve been taking our baby Max to this clinic for one year now and we love it. They’re super friendly and loving with the patients and their families and they always deliver a great service. Prices are very reasonable. And the office is always clean. Would recommend a 100%
