Very disappointed with Banfield Plaza Centro, shopping at Caguas PR very disrespectful attendant of name Alexa, reported her to Dr Aponte, supposedly was going to talk to her, since is the 2nd incident with my Wife, we being a valuable client, don't needed this misconduct, so we decided, walk away and never attend our pets, with this clinic.

They are very well trained. When i went to see the doctor and came back, my bird was so happy. Clearly, the nurses are very kind and professional. But a trust issue has arisen. > I brought my Muscovy drake to Banfield Vet Services at PetSmart, concerned about sudden voice loss. I agreed to pay around $500, including for an X-ray I requested myself. I was told a doctor would follow up — but they did not. When I called 2 daya after the appointment, staff told me they had no available radiologist and didn't know when one would be available to read the X-ray. I asked whether I could take the results elsewhere and potentially get a refund — no real answer. Then, an hour later, the vet called saying they’d located a radiologist who reviewed the scan and said everything looked fine — but again, I was given no name, no written report, and no documentation. And this seems a move to maximize profits at the expense of clients' pets' health. It’s suspicious as it stands. And now that I’ve learned that Muscovy drakes often stop vocalizing after puberty, I realize my bird may be completely fine. Still, I feel like trust was broken. I was trying to help my pet, and ended up in a confusing, expensive process with poor communication. I hope others receive more clarity and respect in similar situations.
