I placed an order online weeks ago and it still has not shipped. I emailed and never heard anything back. Edit: I actually received the package, though I was never able to get in touch with their support. Updating my review accordingly.

The owner was very friendly and helped me find what I was looking for. He helped me set up an account and informed me that I can place orders online and come pick them up at the warehouse the same day. He even gave me 15% off for my first purchase! Highly recommend this place if you need any pet supplies.

The gruffies treats are tremendous. My puppy looks forward to them and sits without even asking.

5 Star Service Started When I strolled thru The Rollup Door... I was greeted by a smiling young gent who asked if I was there to interview, 👍🏻. I politely declined the invitation to work in this family owned establishment, 😉. Then I was ushered away & met John (Jon). One word I can honestly use to describe our encounter would be PHENOMENAL...To not bore you w/ semantics/long review; every question was answered, every concern met with honesty, even made a new compadre. The selection kwikpets offers is very broad and extensive. We'll definitely surf KWIKPETS online presence then ORDER for all future purchases....OUR PUGS, THANKS YOUR TEAM! A bientôt

Really, really impressed with the packaging. Ordered liquid disinfectant concentrate, and the people at Kwik Pets actually took the time to WRAP the bottle so it wouldn't leak all over the box if it broke open during shipping. Good prices, quick shipping, and thoughtful packaging. Will be ordering online again.
