I purchased my first TruVu (65 gallon) and it arrived 19 days later, which was faster than the estimated time I was given! This is also my first acrylic aquarium so I wasn’t sure what to expect. It is 100% worth the wait, and worth the price. They called me with questions to verify I received exactly what I paid for. I love my new TruVu!

Ordering a custom 12 gallon was much more simple and affordable than expected.The photos I shared do not do justice for how beautiful it looks from all angles.The clarity is unbelievable for an acrylic tank and cannot be compared to mass produced tanks found in big box stores. I would even go as far as saying TruVu tanks are in their own league when it comes to acrylic aquariums. I made this purchase because I have 3 very curious cats and having a glass tank made me anxious every day. Even with all the swatting they do on the exterior walls, there are no obvious scratches. Scott is VERY responsive and provided a great customer experience. The product exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate to make this purchase again. I worked with Scott to make a custom order for a 75 gallon acrylic aquarium. I am in PA so we had to work over the phone. Customer service was above and beyond. Scott answered my myriad of questions. He was patient and kind, I felt valued as a customer. He also spoke with my installer to make sure we were ordering the correct tank. Scott kept me in the loop when the tank was shipped. The shipping company that TruVu used was terrific and I was able to follow the tank travels from Arizona to Pennsylvania! The tank and canopy arrived packaged on a skid and reinforced with wooden boards, wrapped in strong plastic. Very well prepared for shipping. The tank and canopy were in perfect condition. The corners in the front of the tank were rounded just as I requested. The tank was installed two weeks ago and it's beautiful. The quality and the design of this tank is outstanding. See pictures.
