Pet Supermarket

It's the one place that has good ingredients in terms of pet food. Every big name pet shop or grocery store that I've been to has dog food that all has chicken or chicken bi products in it as the first ingredient which my dog is allergic to. Walked in here and the first bag i picked up had no chicken in it. Checked all the other bags and sure enough no chicken in the non chicken flavored dog food. Would give 10 stars if I could.

The assistant manager was outstanding and very customer oriented. It was a pleasure to shop here in this store 🙂

The service is amazing! Everyone very kind but the prices are a little bit high. They have a big dog selection but in cats is a small area.

Tonight, my cousin and I went in looking for a particular brand of dog food Which they didn’t carry. However, they did have treats by that brand so we asked where they were. Instead of the employee showing us where it was, she said it was either in one aisle or the other aisle. Granted, there weren’t any other customers in the store. I am sure that they both saw us searching without any luck and we had to ask them again where it was, at which time she finally took us directly to where they were. Very poor customer service!

Last minute drop by to pick up something for my soouse's terrarium project. Arrived before store opened, and staff was kind enough to let me in a few minutes prior to opening time. That was greatly appreciated! They also provided info on the Spring Tails that I purchased. Thanks, guys! 😁 You were awesome!!
