(from Google)We've ordered from La Esquina Gastrobar a couple of times now, and the menu is surprisingly diverse—there's everything from sushi rolls to Korean fried chicken to carne frita, which is a wild mix, but it works. The Firecracker Roll has shown up in multiple orders, and it's a solid choice if you're into spicy tuna rolls with a little kick. The most recent order had us branching out with the Wagyu Sliders, Bang Bang Shrimp, and the Mongolian Carne Frita, all of which were good. Delivery tends to run around 40–55 minutes, so plan accordingly if you're hungry.
The server didn’t seem very friendly and honestly looked like she hated being there, which took away a bit from the experience. That said, the food was good and the atmosphere was even better. The wings were a little dry and overcooked, but the Korean sauce made up for it, it had a nice mix of peanut sauce and gochujang that really worked. Overall, I’d rate it 4/5.
Food was delicious. Outstanding service.
This place was amazing! The lamb chops were out of this world! The service was top notch! Very grateful to our amazing waiter Fernando! He was very attentive, patient and knowledgeable! Will always come back when we are in town!
The food and serving time we're both great when we visited. We will definitely come back! Fire edamame is so good! It's not like the boring edamame. The dumplings were so unique. The flavor of the sauce matches the dumplings. The bang bang shrimp rolls is also good to try.
