I’d give zero if I could. GET RID OF DR. Brown!!!! I’ve had multiple appointments now that we waited well over an hour to be seen while they’re in the back complaining or talking bad about us in the next room. Dr. Brown isn’t just abrasive he’s down right rude. They also will lie about your pet waking up from surgery so they can have their lunch break ( which is fine btw just say that). One of your employees proudly DECLAWS HER CAT! And she genuinely seems like she’s on crack with how fast and random her streams of thought are.

Best place in Springfield to take your animals! Dr Brown is amazing and thorough; and the staff is always great to work with. I have a large Great Dane that doesn't like people, but they always work with him so well and have never shunned away from us. Highly recommend!

No communication, everyone seems scattered brained! Dr. Brown is the absolute best, it’s his incompetent staff who all need to be fired and new re hired! I spend THOUSANDS of dollars in this vet sometimes monthly! I board my dogs there knowing their boarding conditions are not up to date or all that great, but the dogs love the Doc! They are over priced on soooo many things, but yet I still come to this vets office! I also had a huge litter of puppies and EVERY pup I sold I sent to this vets office! He has me and my 5 dogs, my mom and her 1 dog, 8 new clients with roughly 16 more dogs (my clients also had other pets as well) so I made Animal Care Center Tens of THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS, in the last 2 years! Reason for this “tell all” bad horrible review is: I just dropped another $1800 for 4 days of boarding and routine care for my family pets, and out of the blue, I get a letter in the mail saying Dr Brown does not want my business any more and we are no longer “allowed” to use Animal Care Center! There was no reason listed as to why they would recklessly drop high paying customers! This shows foul play in their office staff, I strongly doubt Doc Brown knows any of this!!! I believe the reason we were dropped was because I asked to use our military discount! They rudely questioned and interrogated me for proof (which I gave). Then everything got very strange with them! I also ALWAYS pay extra for VIP everything! Needless to say money is no issue for me! I am a social media influencer and for the last 2 years I’ve sent well over 50 clients to Animal Care Center, now I’ll go to social media and let EVERYONE know how this place scammed me, lied, and treated veterans horrible despite Doc Brown being a veteran himself!!! Our poor pets just adore Doc Brown! Animal Care Center made sure to get as much money out of me as possible this last time because they knew the shady plan they were scheming!!! We’ll followers let’s show them what happens to bad people when they do bad things! I am calling all 100k followers to boycott Animal Care Center in Springfield!!!! Craziness, hopefully this wasn’t a miscommunication on their part that could have been handled by a simple phone call! Oh well.

This vet office is amazing, they helped me out and hooked me up with everything I needed for my flight back up north for my furbaby. The staff, everyone is epicly amazing.Siouxsie Sioux and I are so blessed by all you. Thank you so much.

I'm so thankful we found a vet who can care for our guinea pigs! One of our sweet little piggies developed a UTI. We were able to be seen by Dr. Brown within 24 hours of calling. He was kind, thorough, and took the time to explain how to administer our piggy's medicine as well as how to adjust her diet going forward to alleviate a repeat visit. The front desk staff was also very kind and the facility is clean and easy to navigate.
