Academy Animal Care

I've been taking my Coton de Tulear here since I got him 2 years ago, and I love how friendly and caring everyone is. He recently had some stomach issues over the weekend, so I called first thing Monday morning to see if he could get seen. They told me to bring him right on in and my sweet boy was feeling better the next day.

I cannot say enough good things about this veterinary office. I brought my dog in for an urgent visit after she experienced a seizure from a new medication prescribed following her spay surgery. As you can imagine, I was terrified. From the moment we walked in, they took her back immediately and sprang into action. What truly stood out to me was their communication. They kept me informed every step of the way; explaining their plan, possible causes, the diagnostic workups they recommended, and what they were monitoring. I never felt left in the dark, which meant everything during such a scary situation. Every single staff member was incredibly friendly, calm, and reassuring. They showed genuine compassion not only for my dog but for me as well. One thing that meant so much was that they brought me back to where she was being treated so I could see her and feel more at ease. That level of empathy and understanding is something you don’t always find. I’m beyond grateful for how quickly they responded and how thoughtfully they handled everything. My baby was in caring, capable hands, and I truly felt supported the entire time. Even for an urgent care visit, I also thought they were very fairly priced! I highly recommend this team to anyone who wants compassionate, thorough, and professional care for their pets.

I was referred here from my vet for an orthopedic issue with my Frenchie. Loved the staff and loved Dr. Chase who took his time to explain the situation with visuals and answer all my questions. He will be doing the surgery for my fur baby and I am glad to have found the Academy. Highly recommend.

The staff was the most friendly and informative of all the vets I've been to. They were very good with my skittish pup and gave him time to warm up. I couldn't recommend them enough!

The love & care at Academy Animal Care is by far the best . I recently took my 3 rescue kittys for their first well care visit and immediately felt like part of the family. The entire staff was so welcoming & friendly. The care given to my babies was awesome. I Highly recommend to anyone looking for loving outstanding care for your fur babies, this is the place. It was well worth the 30+ minute drive ( although there are several vets closer.) I even received a phone call the next day checking to see how my babies were doing. By far the best .
