PetVet Vaccination Clinic

I'm not sure I'm a fan of the new registration process. It seemed like the clinic at Pruden Blvd. on 2/7/26 had some issues. I wasn't overly thrilled with the wait time. I had registered about a week prior and it didn't seem like there was any order as to how they sent out the texts. There were many disgruntled people in the lines that based on when they said they registered were upset about how long it was taking. I don't know exactly what the order was for sending out texts, but many people felt when they were served way quicker when we used to get in line, first come, first served. I tend to agree. As for the service of the staff itself, I have no complaints. I've used PetVet several times now and feel it's a great option for cost effective shots, etc. even though I have a regular vet. I hope the issue gets resolved with the registration process. I hate to see you loose business. There were a lot of upset people that day.

The vet techs were great. I do feel like I was up sold on a couple shots my dog didn’t need. But that’s partly my fault.

Nice and quick if you pre-register and follow the instructions provided. Great communication and reminders! We were in and out in 15mins with our 2yo Anatolian pyrenees for HW blood test, vitals, and full vaccines! Even sent home with supplies to collect stool and drop off at our convenience to any of their upcoming clinics within the next year!

We waited for over two hours to be seen. Other than that, we were able to get our dog vaccinated.

Petvet was absolutely everything...My daughter brought her fur baby,Bruno,My son brought his fur baby,Teddy and I brought my fur baby,Ty....The staff was beyond exceptional, kind,caring while being professional....We are so thankful to my daughter In-Love for sharing her info about petvet...Our fur babies are brothers...with Teddy being the smallest, he is the oldest..our customer service was everything....if I am not mistaken....I believe her name was Kelly...the first greeter all of us met...she is awesome,patient,professional and concerned with any and all questions. My family is pleased 💯 percent. Thank you petvet...we will be back..We trust and believe you have our fur babies health concerns to the highest level of safety and personal care.THANK YOU,PETVET!
