Arizona Exotics and Aquatics is truly an amazing store. Shana, the owner, puts so much care, dedication, and heart into her store. Her store is clean, welcoming, and filled with healthy, happy animals that are clearly loved and cared for. Every animal I’ve brought home from Shana’s store has been a wonderful addition to the family. Everyone there is knowledgeable and are always able to answer questions about the pets they sell and the products they carry. They have even special ordered products for me when I want a specific terrarium or dog toy. . They also do a wonderful job grooming my dog, and I always know she’s in good hands. It’s rare to find a business that cares this much, and I’m incredibly grateful to have Arizona Exotics and Aquatics in our community. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to welcome a new pet family member or pick up some food or supplies for their existing pet friend!

Not only are Shana and her team extremely knowledgeable, they’re patient, kind and always eager to help you out! Whether you’re interested in getting your first exotic pet or stopping in for your weekly feeder, they’ll have what you need. The friends we’ve adopted from here are happy, healthy and full of so much personality. The BEST pet shop in AZ!

Great pet shop that has a wide variety of different (than the usual) replies, snakes and fish. They also have feeders, and everything you’ll need along the way. The owner Shana and staff are absolutely great

I had a great experience at this pet store while getting everything set up for my python’s tank. The staff were incredibly helpful and made sure I had all the right essentials, from the enclosure setup to heating and substrate. Shana, in particular, was amazing she took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process feel easy and stress free. It was obvious she really knows her stuff and genuinely cares about the animals and customers. I left feeling confident that my python’s habitat was set up properly. Highly recommend this store if you’re looking for knowledgeable, friendly help!

Our Aussiedoodle, Falcor was in serious need of a groom. Our boy gets a bit overwhelmed by the chaos of a typical groomer, and I didn’t like him being gone all day. He’d also come home so exhausted from it all. We took him to see Melissa. We were relieved to find a quiet and separate room for grooming, where it was just him and her. Melissa was kind and professional. She did an amazing job with Falcor. The price was so reasonable, especially considering the quality of care. He loved her, and came home happy. I could tell, as he strutted around, he’s feeling so ✨dapper✨. Thank you so much! 😊
