I need to give Patty, Five stars! She should have a promotion, her customer service skills and knowledge are off the charts!

Me and my mom went to the Prescott valley tractor supply for some chicken food and our cashier patty was very pleasant efficient and was a welcoming presence to come back again 10/10 thank you for the amazing experience.

I wanted to avoid writing this review but I tried calling twice with no answer. I have been going to this location for over two years and I have absolutely loved all the employees. Today I walk in and the gentleman at the register just stared at me, didn’t say a word so I walked by, grabbed what I needed and met him back at the register. I said hi enthusiastically and he ignored me. He scanned my items, bypassed putting in my number or even allowing me to put in my number and just read me my total. I politely asked him if he could put in my number and he clicked something on his keyboard and said, “you do it” and the screen popped up for me to. Once it was approved, he handed me my receipt and didn’t say a word. As I walked back in to return my cart he was just at the register on his phone. It was by far the worst interaction I had at this location. Usually the employees are extremely welcoming. If corporate or the store would like to call me back, I can provide the cashiers name so others don’t have an unpleasant experience.

We love bringing our dog in here to get his food as the employees all pet, play with and give our pup treats! It's a fun little family outing and we love the staff and walking the store for stuff we don't need but catches our eyes!
