I’ve tried multiple groomers even the ones that come to your house but Tailored Tails has been the best one by far. Sara has always provided quality and excellence when it comes to taking care of Luna. She knows exactly the look we’re going for and takes her time in perfecting her haircut.

My Staffy dog hates getting her nails trimmed. The team (took 3 people) to clip her nails and they were so patient with her. Thank goodness for TT!

I am a new customer(about 6months or so now) to TT Grooming and so far I am really enjoying this establishment. My dogs are small, one is very sensitive and she does very well with the staff here. I love that parking is easy, that I get text reminders about it being a month since last seen and that it’s so easy to get an appointment online. The staff are all very nice. There is also a cute cloth each month that is a sweet little touch.

It’s my second time with Tailored Tails Grooming. My pup is a rescue dog from Korea and is nervous in unfamiliar environments. The staff took such great care of him. He takes time to warm up to people and I just ask the team to do what’s possible (mainly focusing on taking off weight under his ears and a nice bath). I booked the deshedding, special handling fee, and regular haircut. Jane did a great job, so much so that he just looks like a brand new pup. He smells amazing and looks great. Worth every penny! I think timing of the appointment is impactful as I booked a Tuesday morning appointment so it was not as packed with other clients as my prior visit (afternoon). I live 15 minutes away but round trip twice would be an hour. I instead found a nice coffee shop with WiFi and seating 8 minutes away. They estimated 3 hrs from 10AM and he was done at 12:54 and I picked him up at 1:10 or so. I know Tailored Tails also supports rescues in providing free grooming services for adoptable pets.
