(from Google)Best vet I’ve ever been to, we’ve transferred all of or animals to them (3 dogs and 3 cats) They genuinely care about animals and don’t overcharge you for anything. Love this vet!
With Dr Highbrown and her team, there are only words of praise and appreciation for the professionalism and care they have for all animals. I have never felt rushed or unheard. Everyone here, waits until the pets has relaxed and comfortable to approach. They ask questions not only about why we brought the animal in, but also about the fur baby's personality. You feel welcomed the moment you walk in. We were introduced to Dr Highbrown when one of our dogs had an extremely infected tooth. Our prior vet stressed that the infection was from a cracked tooth and needed to be surgically removed asap. As the infection could burst. Then the former vet gave us a prescription of antibiotics to give our baby, because one of the machines that was needed was broke and they didn't know if it would be fixed in the next few days to a couple weeks. In steps Dr Highbrown. We had a new patient appointment and surgery scheduled the next day. One of our other fur babies, was extremely sick. Dr Highbrown explained what had happened, what our options were. And she was open and supportive to any path that we chose. In one of our most heartbreaking moments, we were supported by everyone in Dr Highbrown's office. We had words of comfort before, during and even days later. We will forever trust Dr Highbrown and her team with our fur babies!
So clean and inviting. Less than $400 for two wellness exams, have glands released, nails cut, antibiotic shot given to one, and both wet/dry food prescribed. The doctor gave us measured scoopers for the dry food as well. They take their time and are very knowledgeable. This goes for the entire staff, really really great and respectful! Also it’s right next to Publix so very conveniently close.
We bring our Mini Dachshund pups here since we brought them home. Dr. Heather and her staff are extremely kind and patient. The treatment here is top notch they make the environment welcoming and super friendly. Its doesn't feel like just a "vet appointment" they take the time to make my pups comfortable and let them get their energy out.
The team at PawsBay is top notch! They are always helpful and so kind to the animals they help. Dr Highbrown takes her time and explains everything clearly. We are so happy to have her as our vet.
