I had a terrible experience at this location. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with disrespect, and the way they spoke to me made me feel completely unwelcome. They were dismissive toward me and showed very little care or patience with my dog. It was obvious they did not want to help us at all. This was my dog’s first grooming appointment, and instead of being a positive experience, it turned into one of the most humiliating interactions I’ve ever had. I’ve never been treated so poorly by any business. The owners’ attitude was unprofessional, unkind, and frankly shocking. I’m posting this so other pet owners can be aware and cautious before bringing their pets here. I truly hope no one else has to go through what we did.

This business is going down due to POOR Customer Service. They charge a deposit BEFORE you drop off your pet. Their reasoning is PEOPLE Don’t show UP after making the appointment. I have patronized this company twice . Each time they allowed me to make an appointment, drop off my dog and then they called for me to pick her up. I was stunned and taken aback when I tried to make a third appointment but was denied . I couldn’t BELIEVE in this economy that a company would turn down a $75 visit because a RETURNING customer refuses to cash appt them $20 dollars!!! REALLY who does that!!!! I wasn’t rude and express to her that I have NEVER been late or missed an appointment. So that being said, WHY does the next customer have to pay for the faults of another. Please make it make sense. Long Story short, I found another groomer seven minutes from my residence that does the same service for $20 cheaper. So it worked out perfectly fine for me. Words of wisdom for this company. YOUR customers pay your bills NEVER FORGET THAT. NOT the other way around…

This is my first time visiting with my dog to get groom .The owners were very nice ! The store front was very organize and well put together.i will be coming back 10/10 Recommend

The staff was very nice, however they did a horrible job grooming my dogs. My baby still had food on his head from going through my trash also black stuff that they claimed was try skin! Why was it on his fur and I paid these people to bath and brush my babies. $96 including a tip for nothing. I had to brush them myself!😳I honestly deserve my money back!
