⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wow, I don’t even know where to begin. I am so incredibly grateful that I found this place to leave my pet while traveling. I recently moved to Houston, and finding the perfect place where my pet would be truly cared for was very stressful. After researching several options, I chose PetSuites, and thank God I made the right decision. From the very first phone call, they made me feel completely at ease by answering every single one of my questions. What I loved most was being able to monitor my pet in real time while I was away — seeing how happy she was socializing with other pets gave me so much peace of mind. They exceeded all of my expectations and took amazing care of my Luna. Thank you so much! We will definitely be back, and I recommend this place with my eyes closed.

Dolly’s first day went amazingly! Even before that, the patience of all of the staff to answer my many questions was greatly appreciated. I have never been to a facility that provided a tour! And they have great offers for new clients and existing ones with their Tuesday special. I may have finally found a place that can handle my fur baby’s energy and sassy personality. In the middle of my recent move, I found PetSuites, and I am so glad I did! I had never boarded my 2 fur babies, so I was a little apprehensive, but the staff put me right at ease. When I needed an unexpected extra day, there were no problems whatsoever. The facility is clean and well-maintained and easy to get to. I was really pleased with my experience with PetSmart, and will absolutely send my pets there again.

Had a great experience from the day that I walked in to tour the facility, dropping my cat off for boarding and picking him up. All of the staff were very nice and helpful. It was the first time my cat has ever boarded, he was nervous but I felt comfortable leaving him with Pet Suites, they sent me photos of him and updates during his stay. I would definitely recommend!

I couldn't have asked for a better facility to take care of my Pierre. He is happy, the staff treats him well, I get to check in on him with the live webcam, and staff is super friendly. He gets excited to come to his new "school". Wonderful facility. Thanks for taking care of my furbaby
