Great self-wash dog wash! Individual wash rooms/stations, friendly staff. Looks like they have quality products and I hope my wife doesn't discover it, shhhhhh...kidding of course!

Well organized, friendly staff...they like you, but they LOOVE your pets. Always quick to ask if they can offer your dog a treat. Now if they could only serve beer or wine to the pet owners it would be equivalent to Xanadu or Shang-griLa

The store is very clean and items are easy to find. The staff is friendly and quick to help. I asked an employee the difference between two similar items. She told me she didn’t know but would look it up. Gave me an answer in minutes. Great customer service! The baths in the back are great for large pups and affordable. I love that they provide all the bathing supplies.

I always have great service but wanted to highlight Haley(hope I spelt right) she was amazing with helping me out trying to find something that would be good for my dogs skin issues he has been having. She was attentive, informative and extremely pleasant (adding photo of Ziggy who hates washes but deals with em because he knows they're needed)

First time visiting and using their self-serve wash today! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, and gave my dog so much attention and treats! The self-serve wash is definitely the best that we have been to in Austin and has an amazing value for the price! I have actually worked as a dog groomer for 3 years and am extremely impressed with the dog wash! We will be back!
