Center Bar & Grill

We visited Center Bar & Grill last night and it was truly a joy. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome, extremely kind, professional, and attentive throughout the entire visit. They clearly care about their customers and go the extra mile to make sure everything is just right. We also really enjoyed the live music, which added such a great vibe and made the evening even more special. This was our first time here, but it certainly won’t be the last. Great atmosphere, outstanding service, and an overall wonderful experience. Highly recommended, we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Update, returned here with my son & dog. The coconut shrimp was delicious & came hot. We ordered a burger & patty melt, both generous with the meat. The french fries were nicely seasoned & also came hot. We had 1 Big Wave beer on tap & one Italian white wine. I ate on the pet friendly patio with my dog. They brought her a bowl of water. The clam chowder was hot & delicious with large pieces of bacon, maybe could have used a few more clams. I liked the lightly seasoned flavor of the calamari. I can't wait to return when they have the live music & it's a nice set up. Yes, they have many warmers if you sit outside & the temperature drops.

This hidden gem in the corner (not center) of Foothill Ranch Town Centre. The food is good and prices are great! Anna behind the bar is a master mixologist, Yumi provides excellent table service, and Gina holds it all together. The live music on the weekends keeps the whole shopping center rocking all night. A+ establishment!

Very cool place. Food was interesting, the sliders were pretty good, like smash burgers. The Margarita pizza was also pretty good. The atmosphere was very interesting. Obviously there was a wonderful band playing, but there were TVs behind them, and on the band's second set, Center played hip-hop videos with sensitive imagery. Very distracting. On the walls there is tons of music memorabilia and things of that nature. There are two rooms, one being the main dining room and the other being more of a lounge area, far from the music stage. Staff were very professional and took care in their work. Pretty good place I think.

This is new local night scene for foothill ranch featuring live bands on weekends. Ambience, service, entertainment all good. To get a five star in my book, the restaurant would need to expand the happy hour specials, both food and drinks menu. The place only opened since Oct, 2022 so hoping that they will do this overtime, then I would come back on weekly basis!
