I feel like this place is money hungry Due to the results of me not being able to keep my puppy they’re going to charge me almost $400 just to cancel my care membership like what the hell I feel as though this should have Been explained, even though you’re telling me that it’s something I signed but the last time I brought him there for a visit you charge me $38. Well what is the membership for if I still have to pay out-of-pocket it doesn’t make sense to me and this is something else that wasn’t explained So make sure if you deal with them have them explain all the fees, you’ll be paying So you can know what you’re up against Because I totally wasn’t aware of if something happened to the animal or you don’t have the animal, you still have to pay $400 for what please and your front desk Staff should be people who greet you with a smile Not a frown

I’ve been bringing my cats to this animal hospital for three years and my cats and I always have a positive experience. Everyone who works here is kind, patient, and trustworthy. My cats always receive the best care here!! I highly recommend this animal hospital!

I had such a wonderful experience bringing my pet to this veterinarian. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and gentle, making my pet feel calm and safe. The veterinarian took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and treated my pet with so much care and kindness. The office was clean, organized, and very professional.

I went for a follow up visit for my kittens booster shot. I was NEVER informed prior to the appointment that there will be Doctor charges plus vaccine charges. At his first visit, we were actually told that for the booster he didnt need to see the doctor and that the tech can give the vaccine to him. When we went in and were waiting in the room the nurse came in and asked for my initials and explained doctor charges and vaccine charges again. I calmly explained to her what I was told by HER herself last time and she completely denied it. Anyways, we proceeded with the vaccine. At the checkout the reception asked for payment in a hefty amount again explaining this that and the other once again I explained myself and asked for the paper which I signed my initials on. THEY SCRATCHED OFF THE FORM AND WROTE THE AMOUNT WITHOUT MY CONSENT NEXT TO MY INITIALS WHICH IS FRAUD. And began explaining it to me that I SIGNED AND INITIALED THE FORM. BEWARE AND BE CAREFUL FOR THIS ESTABLISHMENT THAT WILL LOOT YOU AND GLADLY LIE TO MAKE A LIVING.

My pup has been treated like a princess since the first day I took her. Staff is extremely nice and caring. She's a handful and they have so much patience and care for her as if she were their own.
