First time I went to the Congress location Everyone was really nice, and were kind to my dog! The store didn't seem to have as much as the So Lamar location (hence the 4 stars) but it was nice.

They have great stuff, for boutique/Austin prices.. if you have it within you to shop elsewhere or make your own, I'd whole heartedly promote that.

Everyone here seems like they love your pets just as much as you do. They're always super helpful and friendly!

Staff were super helpful in picking and fitting a harness for our basset hound. Would highly recommend trying this place out if you haven’t.

I went in couple months ago and asked an employee about dog foods for senior dogs suffering from joint pain. The vet suggested a very pricey food for me so wanted to see if Tomlinson had a cheaper option. Employee was very informative to tell me it’s better to get a liquid supplement instead so I thought I’d try it out! My 12 year old dog’s life has been turned around! She doesn’t struggle to get out of her dog bed and has been running around like a young pup for months now!!! Thank you 🙏🏽
